At Zobha, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Policy

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, we offer product exchanges subject to the conditions outlined below.


2. Sarees — Exchange Eligible

Sarees are eligible for exchange provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact
  • The blouse piece has not been cut or altered in any way
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit of equivalent value will be issued.


3. Ready-to-Wear (RTW) — Non-Exchangeable

All Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items are final sale. We do not accept exchanges or returns on any RTW pieces once the order has been fulfilled.


4. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable:

  • Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items
  • Bespoke or custom-made orders
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
  • Sale or discounted items

5. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within the eligible period:

  • Email: zobhacollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
  • Shipping costs for returning the item are borne by the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
