At Zobha, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following destinations:
- Domestic: Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
- International: Worldwide
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For bespoke or custom orders, processing time may vary. You will be notified of the estimated timeline upon order confirmation.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Peninsular Malaysia: 3-7 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-7 business days
- International: 5-7 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Rates
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 12.00 flat rate / Free shipping on orders above RM [X]
- East Malaysia: RM 15.00 flat rate / Free shipping on orders above RM [X]
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the courier's website.
6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at zobhacollection@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
