Exchanges & Returns
What is your exchange policy?
Sarees are eligible for exchange in their original condition with the blouse piece uncut. Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items are final sale and not exchangeable. We do not offer cash refunds. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How do I request an exchange?
Email us at zobhacollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange within the eligible period. Our team will guide you through the process.
Products & Silk Care
Are your sarees pure silk?
Yes, we meticulously source pure silk fabrics directly from master weavers. Each piece is quality-checked before carrying the Zobha name.
How do I care for my silk saree?
We recommend dry cleaning for all silk sarees to preserve their natural lustre and drape. Avoid direct sunlight, harsh detergents, and machine washing.
Will the colours look exactly as shown on screen?
We strive for accurate product photography, however slight colour variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions.

Do you offer bespoke or custom orders?
